व्यवस्थापिका संसद १४ औं पटक पनि मुलुकका लागि  प्रधानमन्त्री चयन गर्न असफल भएको छ । प्रधानमन्त्रीका एक्ला उम्मेदवार एवम् नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसका नेता रामचन्द्र पौडेलको प्रस्ताव आज पनि बहुमतले अस्वीकृत भएको छ । पौडेलको पक्षमा जम्मा ९६ मत परेको छ । २ जना सभासदले विपक्षमा मतदान गरेका थिए भने ४० जना तटस्थ बसेका छन् । ५ सय ९९ जना सभासदमध्ये आजको संसद बैठकमा जम्मा १ सय ३८ जना उपस्थित थिए ।यसैबीच १५ औ पटकको प्रधानमन्त्री चुनाव आउँदो सोमबार हुने भएको छ । कार्यव्यवस्था परामर्श समितिको आजको बैठकले सोमबार अपरान्ह ३ बजेका लागि चुनावको मिति तोकेको हो ।प्रधानमन्त्री माधबकुमार नेपालले असार १६ गते पदबाट राजीनामा दिएपछि साउन ५ गतेयता निरन्तर प्रधानमन्त्रीको चुनाव हुँदै आएको छ । प्रधानमन्त्रीले राजीनामा दिएपछि देश कामचलाउ सरकारको भरमा चल्दै आएको छ ।

Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur, Nepal, in a project to develop the country's first Blood and Marrow Stem Cell Transplant (BMT) Center. Stem cell transplant is a standard procedure for the treatment of many blood cancers. The planned BMT center in Bharatpur will aim to serve not only the 30 million people of Nepal but also millions of people from neighbouring India. BTF and University of Illinois joint efforts will facilitate the training of physicians, and support in the development of a modern blood bank. A block of 5 patient rooms at B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital has been allocated for the care of patients who will receive BMT. University of Illinois Blood and Marrow Transplant Program and Center for Global Health will assist BTF's efforts to work closely with staff in Nepal via telemedicine training programs as well as hosting physicians from Nepal in Chicago, Illinois. Prof. Damiano Rondelli, MD, a renowned BMT expert at the University of Illinois Hospital and collaborator of BTF, will head the project. Dr. Rondelli says, "After visiting the Cancer Hospital in Bharatpur with Dr. Binay Shah last May, we immediately felt the challenge to help patients with blood cancer in Nepal. Many of these patients are in need of stem cell transplant but they currently don't have this option. We are well aware of the many challenges that this project will face but we are fully committed to allow Nepal to achieve this goal. It is like climbing a new Himalaya peak and we will get on the top. BTF and the University of Illinois Hospital resources are ready to succeed." Nepal is a landlocked developing country bordered by China and India. Recent World Health Organization reports suggest that deaths from cancer are increasing to epidemic proportions in developing countries. At B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, 600 patients with leukemia, 110 patients with lymphoma, and 40 patients with multiple myeloma were diagnosed in one year alone, 2010. A BMT facility in Bharatpur, Nepal will serve thousands of patients from Nepal and neighboring states of India. वाशिङटन डि.सी. । उत्तर अमेरिकामा बसोवास गर्ने नेपालीहरुको साझा संस्था एसोसिएसन अफ नेप्लिज इन अमेरिकाज् (ए.एन.ए) को डि.सी.मा सम्पन्न २९ औं सम्मेलनलाई भव्य रुपमा सम्पन्न गराउन सहयोग गर्ने स्वयंसेवकहरुको सम्मानमा शुक्रबार हर्डन, भर्जिनियामा एक सम्मान कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरियो ।
एएनए २९ औं सम्मेलन आयोजक मूल समितिद्धारा आयोजना गरिएको सो समारोहमा प्रमुख अतिथि राजदूत डा. शंकर शर्माले अहिलेको समयको कुटनीति नागरिक स्तरबाट हुने भएकोले यसमा एएनए जस्ता सामाजिक संस्थाहरुको भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण रहने कुरा बताउनु भयो । डा. शर्माले सो समारोहमा एएनएको २९ औं सम्मेलन सफल बनाउन तन, मन् र धनले सहयोग गर्ने स्वयंसेवकहरुलाई सम्मानपत्र हस्तान्तरण गर्नु भएको थियो ।
सो समारोहमा सम्मेलन सफलताको लागि सहयोग गर्ने स्थानीय संचार माध्यमहरु सगरमाथा टेलिभिजन, नेपाल मिडिया क्याफे, रेडियो दोभान, नेपाली पोष्ट, नेपाल होराइजन्स, विश्व परिक्रमा, ग्लोभ नेपाल, नेपाल मदर, नेपाली समाज डट कम लगायतलाई विशेष धन्यबाद दिइएको थियो भने २९ औं एएनए उत्कृष्ट पत्रकारिता पुरस्कारबाट डि.सी. नेपाल डट कमलाई सम्मान गरिएको थियो ।
स्वयंसेवक समितिका संयोजक विजय थापाले संचालन गर्नु भएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा २९ औ एएनए सम्मेलन संयोजन समितिका संयोजक हेमन्त श्रेष्ठले सवै सहयोगी व्यक्ति तथा संस्थाहरुलाई औपचारिक रुपमा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्नु भएको थियो । पूर्व अध्यक्ष सिमोन ढुंगानाले एएनए संस्था संचालनलाई लिएर अदालतमा परेको मुद्धा कानूनी रुपले नै परास्त भइसकेकोले अव सवै एकजूट भएर काम गर्नु पर्ने कुरामा जोड दिनु भयो ।
एएनएका अन्तरिम अध्यक्ष छेवाङ शेर्पा लामाले केही एएनएका दिग्गजहरुले मुद्धा हालेर आफ्नै संस्थाको विरुद्धमा काम गरेकोले सहज रुपमा आफूले संस्थाको काम गर्न नसकेको बताउंदै अव चांडै नै करीव एक लाख डलर बरावरको नेपाली समुदाय आकस्मिक सहयोग कोष खडा गर्न लागिएको, नेपालको ग्रामीण क्षेत्रको विकासमा सहयोग पु¥याउने योजना तैयार भइरहेको, जोखिममा रहेका नेपाली पत्रकारहरुलाई एक हजार डलर बराबरको पुरस्कार स्थापना गर्न लागिएको जानकारी दिनु भयो । सो अवसरमा एएनएका पूर्व अध्यक्ष डा. श्याम कार्कीले अव फेरि पनि एएनएमा एकताको विबल्प नभएकोले सवैले पुराना कुरालाई विर्सेर समाजको सेवामा लाग्नु पर्ने कुरामा जोड दिनु भयो ।

सन् २०१० को अधिबेशन बाट बर्तमान जन सम्पर्क  समिति गठन भै कार्य गर्दै आएको झन्डै २ वर्ष बित्न लाइसकेको अबस्था सम्म आइपुग्दा पनि  हामी बीच प्रत्यक्ष्य भेटघाट हुन् नसकेको  बर्तवान सन्दर्भ ले बाँकी कार्यकालसम्म मा  हामीहरु  बीच भाइचारा ,एकता एबं हार्दिक मित्रता अभिवृद्धि हुनेगरी यस्ता भेटघाट वा  सम्मेलन गर्न गराउन तथा सम सामयिक एबं महत्त्वपूर्ण बिषयमा आबश्यक परामर्श गरी कुनैपनि हालतमा  हाम्रो मेलमिलाप,सौहार्दता र बन्धुत्वको सम्बन्ध ओझेलमा पर्न नदिई  थप घनिभूत र सशक्त बनाउन फेरी एक पटक अमेरिका भरिका कांग्रेस प्रतिनिधिहरु एकै ठाउमा भेला भै  एउटै  ताउलोको दाल भात खाई, रमाई  हामी बीच कुनै पनि गुट, उपगुट वा विभेद छैन भन्ने शन्देश अमेरिका , नेपाल र बिश्व  लाई दिई एक आपसमा दरो र दिगो एकता एबं  मेलमिलाप प्रबर्धन गर्ने / गराउने  उद्धेश्य गरी यस जन सम्पर्क समिति ले नर्थ क्यारोलिना को क्यारी शहरमा निम्न बमोजिम भेटघाट कार्यक्रमको  आयोजना गरेकोले  उपस्थितिको निमित्त हार्दिक आमन्त्रण गर्दछु |
साथै यस भेटघाट कार्यक्रममा उल्लेखनीय मार्गदर्शन एबं सहयोग को निमित्त सम्पूर्ण केन्द्रीय पदाधिकारी ज्यू   , महासमिति प्रतिनिधि एबं केन्द्रीय प्रतिनिधि को उपस्थितिको निमित्त हार्दिक निमन्त्रण गर्दछु:-

	"Blood Donors are Social Heroes"; Successful Blood Drive in Tampa, Florida A total of 32 big hearted heroes donated blood at the blood drive in Tampa. Florida jointly organized by Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA), Florida Association of Nepali Societies (FANS) and Nepalese Student Association at the University of South Florida (NeSAUSF).  The donors of Nepali origin were Dr. Bhaskar Dawadi, Hari Adhikari, Bimal Nepal, Kumud Bhattarai, Dhana Khadka, Hemu Adhikari, Keshav Pokhrel, Dibya Koirala, Ramchandra Kafle, Dr. Netra Khanal, Gopal Raj Suwal, Januka Khanal, and Sanjeeb Sapkota. The rest of the donors were of non-nepali origin who enthusiastically waited for their turn in long line for the donation. This reflected the spirit of “Giving back to the Community”, the motto of the NASeA’s blood drive. "Blood donors are social heroes" was written on the certificate of appreciation that were handed out to each of the donors. The drive was held on a bus operated by ‘Florida Blood Services’ that stayed parked at the huge parking lot of a movie theater ‘Muvico’, a franchise movie company.         “The blood drive would not have successful without the critical help of the volunteers who included the young boy Sauriyan Sapkota, Jagannath Devkota, Suhshil Bhattachan, Sabina Sapkota, Arjun Dahal, Hari Adhikari and family, Sushma Khadka, Avash Bhattachan, Binash Adhikari, Choodmani Khanal", said Dr. Lila Bahadur Karki, the coordinator of the drive and the NASeA chair of the Community Services Committee.  He further said, “They all deserve a jumbo thank you and appreciation”.  The families of students at USF worked behind the scene to prepare food for the volunteers and donors. “Our big thanks also go to NASeA president, Sanjeeb Sapkota, who has been deeply committed to making the drive successful and who was instrumental in energizing the whole donation effort until the drive was over.” Dr. Karki  said. “I am proud that FANS and the students from University of South Florida are part of this historic event” said Bimal Nepal, president of FANS and the joint secretary of NASeA.         Community Services Committee of NASeA has prepared a long list of upcoming blood drives for 2012 and some of them will held in Athens, Georgia, Auburn, Alabama, Nashville, Tennessee.
